Any class including a short meditation will be a guided meditation in observing the natural breath (uncontrolled and ever changing reality). Why? Observing it keeps us grounded and conscious, connecting with the body/mind. Once we have peace with the mind/body we have peace within the breath.
'Observing the natural incoming and outgoing breath will calm the mind and in turn develop awareness'
